Evolution LLP was formed in July 2010 following the acquisition of the three former North East offices of Vantis plc - Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Darlington.  In December 2010 both our Darlington and Middlesbrough offices merged and relocated to Wynyard.  There are three members in the LLP supported by twelve Client Partners and Client Managers together with a team of professional support staff.

Evolution has considerable experience both regionally and nationally giving us the knowledge, experience and connections to give our clients a first-class bespoke accountancy and advisory service.

We are not a ‘typical accountancy practice’ – Evolution Business and Tax Advisors LLP together with Evolution Audit LLP, Evolution Financial Ltd and Evolution Business Recovery Services acts for a wide range of clients from sole traders to multi-nationals, personal tax returns to tax planning for high net-worth individuals.  Whatever your business, it is our business, we are here to offer proactive advice and help to give you the service you need.

Together with the ‘usual’ company compliance, our services include management consultancy, raising finance, tax planning, management accounts, VAT advice and planning, outsourcing including payroll and bookkeeping, exit planning, due diligence, corporate tax consultancy, the list is endless.  We can tailor all of our services to suit you – we care about you, your business – accountancy is more than just numbers to us.
